Powerhold Skim Coat is a cement-based skim coat and leveling compound engineered for superior bond strength over most substrates, providing a suitable surface for demanding floor coverings like VCT and sheet vinyl. Manufactured by TEC Specialty, it also functions as an embossing leveler when mixed with a patch additive.
- Corrects irregularities from featheredge up to 1/2 inch
- Sets in as little as 15 to 20 minutes
